Judges currently presiding over state district, juvenile, family, criminal, and appellate courts are eligible to apply for enrollment. The application review process is informed by the program’s desire to foster balance of representation from each of the seven districts that comprise Louisiana’s Supreme Court. Participants are reimbursed mileage, if traveling greater than fifty (50) miles from their judicial district. Particpants are also provided gratuitous lodging at the conference hotel.
